Work.Life’s workspaces are a familiar sight across London and, with spaces in Reading and Manchester, its reach is steadily growing.
REFRESH AND REALIGN
Work.Life already had a well-defined brand voice and vision for the brand. The problem? Its existing website had grown with the business, and the voice had become diluted along the way.
They came to me planning a new website, and looking for new copy written consistently in their voice across the whole site. The launch of the site was due around the same time as a new OOH campaign, so the team was keen to tie some of the campaign language/feel in with the new website copy.
WORDS MADE HAPPY
I wrote new copy for the core pages of the new website, keeping firmly in line with the brand’s verbal identity. The messaging and voice focus on bringing happiness to more workspaces (and in turn, to more people), creating connections and building communities. The voice is warm and friendly, with a touch of humour.
I also wrote a short guide to help the team create individual ‘Meet the Manager’ sections for each workspace, keeping consistency but allowing for individuality at the same time.
“megan was able to not only nail the tone, but enrich it… a great creative partner”
“Working with Megan on our new website copy was a great experience. Our brand tone of voice is super important to our business and Megan was able to not only nail the tone, but enrich it, whilst staying on point for clarity and landing keywords required for the channel.
“Megan’s consultative approach was a great fit for our way of working; she ensured the brief was super clear, asked plenty of clarification questions to really understand our business and feedback on copy was a smooth process with clear guidance and framing of the copy docs.
“Megan was super open to our notes and implemented changes quickly and constructively. A great creative partner overall!”
