With a growing number of Houses across London, New York and Dubai, WatchHouse coffee is the epitome of excellent coffee, exceptional hospitality and thoughtful design. The team came to me with a plan to rebuild their website and subscription builder.

THOUGHTFUL WORDS

The new website would aim to create an online customer experience that better reflects the in-House experience. From sitemaps to wireframes, the team already had everything in place – except the words.

I worked with them to create copy for their webpages, subscription builder and brew guides, designed to align with the sleek visuals and minimal feel that they’re known for.
