“I was thrilled with the results”

Claire Morris, founder of merchandising business Retail With Clarity, came to me when she was in the process of developing her business brand from scratch. She was already working with a brand and web designer and a photographer, but needed to translate the new brand into a tone of voice which complemented the visual elements. With a visual identity which focused on communicating the calm and elegance of the brand, Claire was keen to add approachability, support and a touch of playfulness through the copy.

I think the final messaging, tone of voice, imagery and overall brand came together beautifully! Claire was happy, too:

“Megan ‘got’ my requirements and intention right from the outset and has completely reflected the brand personality into the website copy. We had a couple of rounds of amends planned in for the project but on the second round there was nothing that I wanted to change, it was pretty much perfect!”
