Blogging is important to a business website.
It needs to be done well. It keeps your website fresh, it shows you know your stuff, and it helps you build a rapport with your customers. If you blog already or if you followed the link on the first line you know that already.
Blogging can also be exhausting.
You want to be spending time doing what you love and what you do best, which (unless you’re a copywriter) is unlikely to be putting pen to paper (fingertips to keyboard).
It’s hard to find the time. It’s even harder to find the inspiration. Unless writing’s your thing, getting the words out into something that makes sense and engages the reader can be really tough.

There are three different ways I can help. Some customers like to mix and match with a couple of the packages to complement each other.
OPTION ONE – I ghostwrite your blog posts for you.
We have an initial phone or Skype consultation so I can get to know you and your business, charity or other non-profit organisation. Then I research and write four blog posts (500-700 words each) for you, which you can publish when you like. My research includes basic keyword research to make sure I’m using the same words that your customers will be using when they search online for information relevant to you. Each post will come with a headline to grab attention plus a social media ‘snippet’ that you can use to promote it online. I’ll also suggest copyright-free images that you could use to go with the blog if you don’t have your own. The price includes up to two rounds of revisions should you need them. Please note, this price applies to most blogs I am approached about, but if your topic requires significant industry research I may need to add an additional charge. If this is the case I will discuss this with you when you enquire.
OPTION TWO – You write your own blog posts but I take the hard work out of it by planning them for you in detail
We have an initial phone or Skype consultation so I can get to know you and your organisation. Then I research around your business or non-profit organisation and outline four blog posts for you to write. I’ll do basic keyword research and pass it on so that you can use the same words that your customers are using when they search online for information relevant to you. Each post will come with a headline to grab attention, plus a bullet point outlining each paragraph you need to write.
OPTION THREE – You write all your own posts from scratch but I help you out by brainstorming blog post ideas for you.
This option is ideal if you’re comfortable writing your own blog and have the time for it, but are just short on (or running out of) inspiration. It can really help to have someone else’s point of view in coming up with ideas and looking at your organisation from other angles. I’ll have an initial telephone or Skype consultation with you to learn about your business or non-profit organisation. Then I’ll take a good long look at your past blog posts (if you already have a blog) and come up with 30 fresh blog post ideas for you to write up in your own time. We’ll have another telephone or Skype consultation to go through the list I put together so you’re in the best possible position to go away and get writing!
