Social care web pages review

Megan immediately understood.pngThe brief: To review a set of web pages detailing adult social care available to residents. The pages had to be made more user-friendly, allowing older and vulnerable people to navigate the complex range of services and assistance on offer to them.

My work: I led a small team to review the content of the pages, firstly to ensure the content of each section was accurate, and then to simplify the language, design and customer journey.

The pages included a section written in ‘easy read’ format for people with learning disabilities, produced in liaison with a panel of service users to ensure we got the content just right.
